Student internship

First professional experiences often determine the path we take next in life. This is the time when we get to know our strengths and build a vision of who we want to be as professionals. At TZF Polfa, we create a space for trainees to explore the pharmaceutical industry and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors. Our interns are not just observers – they work on projects, learn and build the foundations of their future at one of the oldest pharmaceutical companies in Europe.

Start your career with us!

  • Who is the internship addressed to?

Students and graduates from all universities are welcome. We are particularly keen to see people studying pharmaceuticals, biologics or industrial pharmacy. Both first-year undergraduates and recent graduates can apply.

  • Are internships paid?

Internships lasting a minimum of four weeks are paid. In recognition of students’ time and commitment, interns receive a minimum remuneration of PLN 800 gross per month, while graduates holding a master’s degree are paid PLN 1,600 gross per month.

  • How long does the internship last?

Internships can last from 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months, with up to 40 hours per week. We adapt the length to the capabilities of the interns and the teams they have chosen to join.

  • What is the recruitment process for internships?

Internship opportunities depend on the current needs of individual departments. Applications are forwarded to the managers of the relevant teams, who assess their capacity to host trainees during a given period. Candidates who qualify for an internship are contacted within three weeks of submitting their application.
