Tarchomińskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne POLFA S.A. takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want to be transparent about the basis for and manner of processing personal data.

This Privacy Policy contains information about our processing of the personal data of visitors to our website. It sets out the legal basis for this processing and explains how we collect and use personal data. It also presents information about the rights of natural persons.

TZF Polfa S.A. processes personal data for various purposes. Depending on the purpose, different means of collection, legal bases for processing, data recipients, storage periods and rights relating to the processing of personal data may apply. Security

We take the security of all the data we hold very seriously. We adhere to internationally recognized security standards. We have implemented framework policies, security procedures and training covering data protection, confidentiality and security, and regularly review the security measures in place for adequacy.

When and how we transfer personal data to third parties and where we process them

We only transfer personal data to other entities when permitted by law. In such cases, we implement security clauses and mechanisms to protect data and uphold our data protection, confidentiality and security standards.

Using third parties may mean that personal data will be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or countries without specific data protection laws. We have taken steps to ensure that all the personal data are adequately protected and that transfers of personal data outside the EEA are lawful.

We vet external organisations that provide services to us (e.g. business application and data hosting service suppliers) for the adequate level of personal data protection before establishing a business relationship with them.

Complaints

We hope that there will be no need to do so, but if you wish to lodge a complaint relating to our processing of your personal data, please send an email with details of your complaint to iod@tzf.pl.

Any complaints received will be investigated and responded to. Natural persons also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
