Management Board

A leader with extensive experience in business and project management. He has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years, having worked for some of the world’s largest global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. In those roles, he held key positions that enabled him to acquire the knowledge and skills essential for managing a dynamically developing company such as ours. At organisations such as Bayer, Eli Lilly Polska, AstraZeneca, and Synthaverse, he oversaw the introduction of medicines to the market and successfully implemented product development strategies in the fields of diabetology, oncology, cardiology, and psychiatry.

An experienced manager with many years in the pharmaceutical sector. For over a decade, he successfully managed various areas within the operational division. He gained his initial experience in manufacturing, which gave him a deep understanding of the requirements, quality standards, and the specific characteristics of manufacturing and support processes. He was responsible for production operations – from validation and quality control to supply chain and logistics. His comprehensive knowledge of all these areas translates into a clear understanding of the needs and challenges facing our company.

He has worked for our company for 47 years and has held his current position since 1 July 2021, to which he was appointed by the plant’s employees. Throughout his career, he has worked across numerous areas related to pharmaceutical and biotechnological production, progressing through every professional level — from operator to production manager. From the very beginning, he has been involved in employee advocacy and social initiatives, including participation in the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union “Solidarity”, the Employees’ Council, and a range of thematic working groups.

For seven years, he also served as a lay judge at the Appellate and Regional Labour Courts in Warsaw
