Appointment of the new Management Board of TZF Polfa S.A.

As a result of the conducted proceedings, the Supervisory Board of TZF Polfa S.A. has appointed Katarzyna Piotrowska-Radziewicz and Ewelina Kabała to the Company’s Management Board, whose 11th term of office began on April 14, 2026.

Katarzyna Piotrowska-Radziewicz is an expert in pharmaceutical policy and pharmaceutical law, with many years of experience in public administration. She previously served as Director of the Department of Drug Policy and Pharmacy at the Ministry of Health, where she was responsible for work on the EU pharmaceutical package and regulations concerning critical medicines. She has actively participated in shaping health policy at both national and European levels.

Ewelina Kabała is an experienced manager specializing in the transformation of procurement processes. At TZF Polfa, she has been responsible for shaping procurement policy, centralizing and digitalizing processes, and building scalable operational structures. In her career, she has held positions such as Business Operations Lead, Logistics Director, and Branch Director.
